How do I let others know about a good/bad experience with a product and/or service?

There a couple of things to do on this site.  You can start by posting an article in our customer support discussion page.  Then, you can submit your praise or concern in our rate form page so it can go into our database.

Why doesn't anyone respond to my concerns?

The information posted on this site gives others an opportunity to interact with your own postings in the form of work-a-rounds, suggestions, or ideas to resolve or move on.  However, your information may prove invaluable to others.  You might even do a search on our site before you shop, hire, or buy a product.  But, the only to make this site better is for you to post information.  If you like for us to respond to you, please e-mail us at franks@ratequality.com
